How come my domain still shows as being available on the domain search tools and the Whois database?
The database with your new domain name must now be distributed worldwide. This is called propagation. This can take up to a few days as some smaller ISP's do not always update their databases frequently. On average, however, the elapsed time between your order and your domain being available worldwide is about 2 - 3 days.
Can you support a domain name with a non-US an ISO country code, e.g. it, br, de or jp?

Do you support SSH, Telnet?
Yes and No, We do not have Telnet enabled but we do have SSH at this time. However you must have a good reason for having us enable it for your site. For Dedicated Clients, you make your own choice.
Do you support Microsoft Frontpage Extensions?
Yes. we do support FP Ext. 98, 2000 and 2002. Once your account has been created, simply send an email via our helpdesk, and we will set them up for you ASAP.
Can I access my domain with and without the "www" in front?
Yes. You will be able to access your domain address with or without the "www" in front of the domain name. Example: [http://www.your-domain.com] or [http://your-domain.com] is acceptable, whichever you prefer.
Do you offer 24/7 technical support?

Can I host multiple Domains under one account?
Yes, you can add up to 100 domains under your account (Plan wise) as you wish and split the bandwidth from your primary account however you like it..

We support all top-level domain's (TLD) for hosting.
Do you allow forums ?
Yes, we do allow all php based forums, however we do not allow cgi based forums like ikonboard etc.

How do you offer technical support to customers?
We offer 3 modes of support to our customers:
1. Live chat support which is available most of the time day and night. If for some reason its offline, then support may be busy to come online chat.
2. In that case you can goto our online helpdesk at: http://supportmasters.net and register with a helpdesk username and password, once you login there, you can open a support ticket and we will answer it as soon as we can in order of priority.

What kind of Web Server are you running?
We use industrial strength web server equipment for performance and reliability including AMD Duron or Intel P3 & P4 1 to 3.0 GHz based systems. All servers are Red Hat 7.3 & above Linux OS, dual 100Mbit Ethernet adapters, a minimum of 512MB of memory and a server grade mainboard and chipset.
Do you support Active Server Pages (ASP), JSP/tomacat and Cold Fusion?
Unfortunately, we do not support ASP, JSP and coldfusion at this time. However we are planing on incorporating ASP soon.
Is there any money back guarantee?
BroadbandHosting.biz offers a 15-day unconditional Money-Back guarantee for our hosting and reseller plans only. The 15 days start with your order date and end on midnight af the 15th day following your order submission. There are no money back policy's on Virtual dedicated or dedicated servers.
What is your policy on Spamming or Bulk Emailing?
Spamming and bulk e-mail are not tolerated at any cost. BroadbandHosting users that spam or bulk e-mail will immediately be removed from the network and are subject to $100 fine.
Is anonymous FTP access supported?
We do not support anonymous FTP at this time. You may on your reseller account if you wish.
Do you offer Windows NT or 2000 based hosting solutions?
At this time we are not offering any Windows-based hosting accounts since our system is Unix-based. We will not be offering windows servers, We will be implimenting ASP by 2003.
Can I upgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time and there are no setup fees invlolved for upgrading you simply pay the plan difference.
How soon will my account be set up and ready to use?
All web hosting account will be setup within 24 hours or less in most cases. You will receive an Welcome email with your account information, web address, user name and password. You can then start to upload your site.

I have an intensive CGI script I would like to run. What happens if it uses too much of the server? Will you shut me down?
Usually, we never spontaneously shut anybody down. We are fairly liberal when it comes to server usage as long as no one abuses it. If we find a script you are running is draining more than your fair share of the server's resources we will give you a warning and ask that you discontinue its use, or trim it down. If you are looking to run expansive scripts we suggest a dedicated server.
On your reseller packages, can I really host as many domains I like (unlimited domains)?
Yes, Well, 100 domains in all. However if you can fill up 100 domains We feel and hope you would Upgrade to your own Server. all our reseller packages support our resellers to host unlimited domains. We only charge you for your plan and do not charge you to add domains to your account.
Does your server have the ImageMagick support?
